“It was decided at a corporate body meeting January 2004; the common garden beds beside the driveway need to be made uniform. Fred will remove any plants necessary from these areas, and replace with others. [Ms] Moncrieff will send notification to all owners that this is occurring, and that if they wish to remove any of their own plants prior to Fred commencing they are welcome to do so.”
